Through power supply, the laser machine emits pulse electricity currents to Xenon lamp. forming a light beam with a certain pulse and frequency, such light pass through Nd3+:YAG crystal, exciting ND3+:YAG laser, then the laser light pass through resonant cavity, forms a beam of pulse laser with wavelength of 1064nm, After amplification, reflection, transmission and other processes, the laser is projected to the object surfaces that need for welding .Under the control of the PLC or industrial PC, moving the digital worktable, thus finish the welding process.
